Pamela Clark Robbins, CEO of Policy Research Associates, Inc., has been named the 2016 Business Person of the Year by the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.

Bethlehem’s Business Person of the Year award is given in recognition of the achievements and community contributions of a local business leader. The designation honors leaders who have dedicated themselves to enhancing economic development in the Bethlehem community and providing support to community groups, not-for-profit organizations, or Bethlehem residents.

Ms. Robbins has been a devoted member of the Bethlehem community for over 30 years. Through her work with Policy Research, she has brought economic growth to the community. In addition, under her direction Policy Research has provided direct outreach to local community members in need through project tasks and employee-based community service initiatives. In her personal life, she has been active in many civic groups, including serving on the Town’s 2020 vision committee, the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), as well as boards for the Bethlehem Community Fund, the Bethlehem Youth Court, School’s Out, Caring Together, and the Bethlehem Democratic Committee. She is active in numerous other non-profit, religious, and political groups.

“I’m honored and grateful to receive the Bethlehem Business Person of the Year award because to me it goes beyond business accomplishments—and acknowledges community involvement, which is so important to me,” Ms. Robbins said.

Ms. Robbins will be honored at the Bethlehem Chamber 32nd Annual Awards Dinner on Friday, April 28, 2017.
