PRA has been a national leader in technical assistance provision since its founding. Our technical assistance services enable jurisdictions to bring together key decision-makers to form consensus. We provide technical assistance to states, territories, and tribes through a broad range of services (both on-site and virtual) to catalyze systems transformation through policy and practice change.
We have operated numerous technical assistance centers and programs for federal and foundation clients. Our staff and consultants assist with the implementation of evidence-based treatment and support services for people with behavioral health needs, particularly those who have experienced homelessness or who have been in contact with the criminal or juvenile justice systems.
