Panelists Discuss Avoiding Criminalization of Mental Illness

Miller and Travis Parker spoke with Vermont’s attorney general and a former police chief about the role of prosecutors and law enforcement officials in avoiding the criminalization of mental illness. This was the second portion of the Center on the Administration of Criminal Law’s tenth annual conference at New York University.
