Marianne Latz

Marianne Latz is the Chief of Staff at Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA). In this role, she serves on the Executive Team, advising the President & CEO on business decisions that advance PRA’s strategic goals, values, and priorities. She serves as a program area spanner, managing projects, creating resources, strengthening internal communication, and organizing staff events. Before joining PRA, Ms. Latz served as the Assistant Director at the Center for Family and Community Engagement at NC State University, where she oversaw grants and contracts, operations, and online training programs. Her passion is creating and maintaining a workplace where creative, talented, and capable staff are supported in their work and career growth. Ms. Latz earned her Master of Social Work from NC State University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Regis University.
