25 years…it goes by in a flash. When I started at PRA in 1993, I was 1 of 12 employees. At that time, PRA was a small one-story building at 262 Delaware Avenue. When we moved to 345 Delaware Avenue in 2000, the old building was leveled and the CVS was built in its place.

My daughters were 2 and 4 years old in 1993, and I had been out of the workplace for 4 years raising them. I worked 3 days a week, 4 hours each day. I spent a lot of time in the car, juggling the girls between home and nursery school and paying the babysitters more than I was actually making, but I loved the adult contact and the work that I was doing. As the years went by and my children grew, so did my hours, until I became a full-time employee.

Over the years, I’ve seen many employees come and go, some moving on to other life adventures and career changes. I’ve witnessed new births extending the “PRA family”, many new employees, the passing of coworkers, and retirements.

Over the years I’ve faced many challenges both personally and professionally, and the support I have received from my colleagues has been invaluable. I wish anyone reading this blog post as long and as happy of a PRA experience as I have had these past 25 years.
