MH/JJ E-News is aimed at drawing attention to the large numbers of youth involved with the juvenile justice system who have mental health needs, and highlighting the efforts of Models for Change and the Mental Health/Juvenile Justice Action Network to develop and implement new models and strategies for improving the response to these youth. Each issue will feature information on new mental health and juvenile justice initiatives, funding opportunities, research, and program models. MH/JJ E News is produced by the National Center for Mental Health and Juvenile Justice at Policy Research Associates which coordinates the work of the MH/JJ Action Network and provides mental health related technical assistance to the Models for Change states. MH/JJ E-News is made possible by support from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
