PRA, a small business concern, has been a leader in the mental health and human services field. We are funded by Federal and state agencies, national organizations, and foundations advancing the field of mental health services research for vulnerable populations including:

• children and adolescents
• people who are homeless
• those who are involved in the juvenile or criminal justice systems
• and adults and youth who have co-occurring substance use disorders

We have significant content expertise in each of these areas.

Our broad range of program-related experience includes the operation of six national technical assistance centers for Federal clients including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Health Resources and Services Administration, and the Office of Justice Programs as well as for the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.

In each of these projects, PRA is responsible for providing services in three broad areas:

• technical assistance and training
• conference/meeting design and facilitation
• evaluation and research
