SOAR Data Tracking Program 2.0.1 Beta
The SOAR Data Tracking Program can be used by sites to keep track of and report outcome data related to the SSI/SSDI application process. The program provides a means of electronically entering and saving data that are collected with the SOAR Data Form.
The SOAR Data Tracking Program includes

- extract data stored in a site's copy of the program
- transmit data to a central location
- program security features
- file encryption features
SOAR Data Consolidation Program 1.0 Beta
If multiple sites within a state are using the SOAR Data Tracking Program to record SOAR outcome data, the SOAR Data Consolidation Program can be used by a central site or location to compile, consolidate, and report on that data.
To accomplish this, each satellite site using a copy of the SOAR Data Tracking Program can send an extract file containing its current data to the central site on a regular basis via email. After the extracts files are received by the central site and saved in a particular folder, the SOAR Data Consolidation Program will then import and consolidate all of the data. The reporting features available in the program are similar to those found in the SOAR Data Tracking Program that the satellite sites are using.
